Model Download Troubleshooting

My purchase is not in My Library

• Confirm you paired the same Discord account used at checkout through the website /login flow.
• Wait briefly for Stripe's signed payment webhook to finish.
• Refresh My Library.
• If it still does not appear, send support your receipt email and approximate purchase time. Never send card details.

The download link expired

Open My Library and select Download files to generate a fresh protected link.

The archive will not open

Use a current ZIP extraction tool and download the file again. If the archive remains damaged, submit a bug report with the product name and file size.

Blender reports missing textures

Keep the extracted folder structure intact. Check the product README for packed versus external textures, then use Blender's File → External Data → Find Missing Files if needed.

Import scale or normals look wrong

Confirm the import scale and axis settings for your target program. Recalculate normals only on a working copy so you retain the original XORA file.

Security reminder

Support will never ask for your Discord password, Roblox password, full payment-card number, bot token, website session, or Railway secret.
