Usage License & Terms
Last updated: August 15, 2026
These Terms apply to the Project XORA website, Blender model packs, downloadable files, ownership certificates, future systems, and community features. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve purchases and these Terms.
1. License—not ownership
A purchase gives the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased asset in the buyer's own projects. Project XORA keeps copyright and ownership of the original models, meshes, materials, textures, branding, renders, files, and software.
2. What you may do
- Use the model in your own games, renders, videos, scenes, and virtual productions.
- Modify a working copy for your own finished project.
- Use the model inside a monetized end project when the raw asset cannot be easily extracted or redistributed.
- Keep private backup copies for your own account.
If a product page includes different or additional permissions, that product-specific notice controls.
3. What you may not do
- Leak, share, trade, gift, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw files.
- Upload the model or a modified copy to free-model sites, marketplaces, drives, Discord servers, or asset-sharing communities.
- Sell a project whose main purpose is giving customers access to the raw XORA asset.
- Claim that you created the original model.
- Remove Project XORA branding from the raw distributed asset or redistribute an unbranded copy.
- Use the files for fraud, malware, harassment, or unlawful content.
4. Digital files cannot be remotely taken back
Project XORA cannot delete a downloaded model from a buyer's computer. The store therefore depends on customers respecting the license. Widespread leaking or redistribution may cause a product, public model program, support service, or the entire public storefront to be discontinued.
5. Private system assets
Models made specifically for XORA Pyrotechnics v1.0, XORA Lighting v1.0, or XORA Cameras v1.0 are private product assets unless Project XORA explicitly releases them as a separate public model pack. A system purchase would not grant permission to extract or redistribute its internal assets.
6. Accounts, library, and certificates
Purchases are attached to the signed-in Project XORA account used at checkout. Ownership certificates are proof of a license purchase, not a transfer of copyright. Do not share account sessions, gift codes, download tokens, or private delivery links.
7. Enforcement
Confirmed redistribution, fraudulent chargebacks, stolen accounts, or deliberate license abuse may result in revoked downloads, account suspension, loss of support, community bans, and any remedy available under applicable law. Project XORA will not remotely access a customer's device.
8. Final sales
Digital products, model packs, licenses, pre-orders, and access passes are final sale and non-refundable except where non-waivable law requires otherwise. Review the Refund Policy before paying.
9. Future products
Roadmap items are not promises of release. XORA Pyrotechnics, Lighting, and Cameras remain future concepts until an actual product page states that checkout is open.
10. No affiliation
Project XORA is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Blender Foundation, or any lighting-equipment manufacturer.
11. Disclaimer and liability
Products are supplied “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Compatibility depends on the product page, included formats, and the buyer's software. Project XORA's total liability for a product will not exceed the amount actually paid for that product, except where law requires otherwise.
12. Community Creations
You keep ownership of original work you submit to the Community Creations gallery. You confirm that you created the work or have permission to display it and that its links and images are safe. You give Project XORA a non-exclusive, revocable permission to display the submitted title, description, creator name, category, preview image, and project link in the gallery. Approval does not appoint you as a Project XORA artist, promise a sale, transfer ownership, or make the work an official Project XORA product. You may delete your submission, and staff may reject or remove unsafe, stolen, misleading, infringing, private, or unrelated content.
